With advancement in Information Communication Technology (ICT), new opportunities are opening up for both employers and employees alike in the global market place?  The latest came with a new word “TeleWork”

So what is TeleWork? 

Simply put it means working at a distance. So it does not matter where in the world you live you can work for employers anywhere on earth; in the Americas, China, Japan United Kingdom, Australia etc.  Already approximately 3 million workers that are not self-employed work from home full time in the US and about 52 million workers have telecommute-compatible jobs in same country.
